IOS 7 & 8
Although your service should work without any changes to your iPhone, occasionally certain configurations may prevent our services from working optimally.
As such, we recommend checking and updating the following settings on your iPhone.
All can be accessed in the settings menu (look for this icon).
1. Set phone to UK Network settings::
Settings -> Phone -> SIM Applications -> Multi Account -> Country Selection -> [Make sure 'UK' is selected]
2. Set Global Fallback::
Settings -> Phone -> SIM Applications -> Multi Account -> Set Global Fallback -> [Make sure 'Disabled' is selected]
3. Internet Settings::
Settings -> Mobile -> Mobile Data Network
