Simple Conference

This guide describes the process of performing a simple conference call on a Yealink T19p VoIP phone. 

  1. In order to start the conference process press the 'NewCall' soft-key whilst on an active call
  2. Enter either the extension number or number of the second party, and then press the 'Send' soft-key.
  3. When the second party answers press the 'Conf' soft-key to merge the two calls. At this point the three way call has been initiated.
  4. Pressing the 'Cancel' soft-key will disconnect all parties from the call.
