Call Pickup - Cisco SPA504G

This article covers how to pick up a call to another extension on your Cisco SPA504G. This feature is commonly known as 'Group Pickup'

Picking up a colleagues direct line from your own phone can be achieved in the following way

1. Lift your handset

2. Press the 'Call Pickup' SoftKey (see image below). This will usually be the second or third Key on the right hand side of the phone.

This sends the following star code to our server allowing you to pick up the phone in that group:: *00#. This example picks up a call in the 00 group. To configure additional groups please contact your account manager for assistance.
