Editing Contacts

You can also edit contacts through your Yealink's UI.

This guide will show you how to;

1. Edit Contact details
2. Delete a contact

1. Edit Contact Details

In order to edit a contact you need to view it in your local directory.

Select;

Dir -> 1. Local Directory -> 1. Contacts -> Scroll to the contact you want to edit

Then select;

Option -> Detail

You can scroll through the stored details and make changes using your number pad.

Note: You can also edit contact information through the phones admin panel and GUI.

2. Delete a Contact

In order to delete a contact follow the same steps above to edit but instead of selecting detail scroll down to 'Delete' and confirm deletion of a contact.
