You can create a support ticket for a query/issue in either of the following ways:
1. Emailing our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org)
2. Via your dashboard (https://customerv2.desk-phone.com).
One you have logged in, click on support on the left hand side and then click new support ticket. This will then take you to a form which you can fill in for your query/issue
3. Raising your issue via our live chat on our website.
One of our team will then take details of your query/issue and will create a support ticket to log your query/issue.
Please ensure you provide as much information as possible when creating a support ticket, for example rather than 'my phone isn't working' please include information such as the extension number(s), details of any error messages you are encountering, a call example etc.
