Yes, you can either record your own message and add this to your line - please follow our step by step guide on how to do this which can be found here.
Alternatively if you would prefer, we can upload the voicemail file for you, to do this, please email the file you would like adding for voicemail to our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The file will need to be in either WAV or MP3 format and needs to be less than 3MB.
We can also arrange for a professional voicemail to be recorded for you, the usual cost for this is £12.50 + VAT for up to 200 words and takes around 72 hours to be completed.
To do this, you would need to email your script for the recording to our support team and we can then arrange for this to be done. Please ensure that all scripts are triple checked before they are sent to us as amendments would incur further costs to you.
Please note that it can take up to 48 working hours from the time we receive your email to upload any voicemail files, we will confirm once it has been done so that you can make a call to your line to check the voicemail is correct.
