If you would like to use your own recording for voicemail, please record the message and email it to our support team (support@desk-phone.com).
The file will need to be in either WAV or MP3 format and needs to be less than 5MB.
Once you have emailed your recording to our support team, we will acknowledge receipt and then pass this over to our technicians for the file to be uploaded onto your system. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours from the time you receive our acknowledgement email for this request to be completed and we will confirm once it has been done.
