If you have misplaced your SIM, or your handset with the SIM in is stolen, please contact our support team (email@example.com) ASAP to advise that you need a replacement SIM and for the SIM to be locked so that it can not be used by any other person to incur charges on your account.
We can also set up a divert to another number so that you can still receive inbound calls while the replacement SIM is being sent to you. If you do not set up the divert, inbound calls will go straight to voicemail and be emailed to you in the normal way.
The charge for a replacement SIM is £3.50 (this covers the cost of the new SIM and it being sent to you). SIMS are sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class, please allow 3-5 working days for the SIM to arrive.
Once you receive your replacement SIM, please email our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to confirm the SIM ID (long number on the SIM) and they will be able to get the replacement SIM activated onto your account and your services unsuspended and any temporary diverts removed.
