If you would like to set up any Christmas and New Year diverts, please create a support ticket by emailing us at email@example.com before the deadline shown below.
Please ensure you include the following information:
- Time and date for when your office is going to close
- Time and date your office is going to reopen
- Where you would like calls to go to during the office closure
Due to the high volumes of divert changes expected, the cut off this year is 5pm on Wednesday 19th December 2018 to ensure we have enough time to get your diverts set up.

Please note there will be a network freeze on number porting and any routing or system customisation between 17:00 19/12/2018 until 09:00 02/01/2019.
There will be limited emergency support (service outages only) during the below schedule. Please note our telephone lines will also be closed during this period so please email firstname.lastname@example.org to raise a support request and these will be picked up once the office re-opens.
