How to place a conference call on a Yealink T19P

The Yealink T19P supports up to 3 parties (including yourself) on a conference call. 

To set up a local conference call please follow the steps below. 

STEP 1

Place a call to the first party.

STEP 2

Once the first party has answered the call, press the NewCall soft key to place a new call to the second party.

The active call to the first party will be placed on hold. 

STEP 3

Enter the number of the second party and press , or the Send soft key to place the second call

STEP 4

When the second party joins the call, you will have chance to talk to them before adding them to the conference call

STEP 5

Press the Conf soft key to add all parties to the conference call

During the conference call you can:

Press HOLD soft key to press the conference call on hold. 

Split the call into two individual calls again by pressing the SPLIT soft key.

Cancel the conference call by pressing the CANCEL soft key.
