How to transfer calls on a Yealink T19P

You can transfer a call in three different ways on a Yealink T19P:

• Blind Transfer - Transferring a call to another party without speaking to them first
• Semi-attended Transfer - Transferring a call when the target phone is ringing
• Attended Transfer - Transferring a call to another party but speaking to them first 

BLIND TRANSFER

1. During the call, press  or the Trans soft key

2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to

3. Press  or the Trans soft key to complete the call transfer

If you need to cancel the transfer before the call is connected you can press the Cancel soft key

SEMI-ATTENDED TRANSFER

1. During the call, press  or the Trans soft key

2. You can then do one of the following;

- Enter the number you want to transfer the call to

- Press the Dir soft key, and then select Local Directory. Select the desired group, and search for the contact

- Press the Dir soft key and then select History. Select the desired list and use or  to select the entry

- Press the Dir soft key and then select Remote Phone Book.  Select the desired group and search for the contact (this option is only available if remote phone book has been configured)

3. Press or to dial out

4. Press  or the Trans soft key to complete the call transfer when receiving the ring back

If you need to cancel the transfer before the call is connected you can press the Cancel soft key

ATTENDED TRANSFER

1. During the call, press  or the Trans soft key

2. You can then do one of the following;

- Enter the number you want to transfer the call to

- Press the Dir soft key, and then select Local Directory. Select the desired group, and search for the contact

- Press the Dir soft key and then select History. Select the desired list and use or  to select the entry

- Press the Dir soft key and then select Remote Phone Book.  Select the desired group and search for the contact (this option is only available if remote phone book has been configured)

3. Press or to call the party who you would like to transfer the call to

4. You will then be able to talk to them and pass on any details of the call before then pressing  or the Trans soft key to complete the transfer and pass the call through to them

If you need to cancel the transfer before the call is connected you can press the Cancel soft key
