Using Call Forward on a Yealink T19P

Call forwarding can be set up on your Yealink T19P handset but we would recommend that you use our system to forward/divert rather than the handsets.

- Forwarding All calls

- Forwarding calls when phone busy

- Forwarding calls when there is no answer 

If you want to forward a call while the phone is ringing please follow the Dynamic Forwarding guide below. 

If you have enabled call forwarding on the handset and need to disable it please follow the steps below.

TO DISABLE CALL FORWARDING 

You can either;

1. Press the  button while the phone is idle

or 

2. Press MENU  FEATURES  CALL FORWARD

Press or  to select the desired forwarding type and then press the Enter soft key

Press  or   or the switch soft key to select Disable to disable the call forwarding

Press the Save soft key to save the changes

DYNAMIC FORWARDING

This feature is used when forwarding an incoming call to another party.

STEP 1

While the phone is ringing, press the FWD soft key

STEP 2

Enter the number you wish to forward the call to

Press ,  or press the SEND soft key

The incoming call will then be forwarded and the LCD will confirm this as follows:
