You can enable auto redial on your Yealink T19P to redial the phone number automatically when the called party is busy.
The time settings for auto redial can also be configured to meet your needs.
The guide below covers how to both configure and use auto redial.
TO CONFIGURE AUTO REDIAL
On your handset, please press:
MENU FEATURES AUTO REDIAL
Press or or the switch soft key to select Enable from the Auto Redial field
In the interval field, enter the desired time between redial attempts. The default time is 10seconds.
In the times field, enter the desired number of redial attempts. The default time is 10.
When you have done this, press the SAVE soft key or if you want to exit the menu without saving the changes, press the BACK soft key.
TO USE AUTO REDIAL
When the person you call is busy, the following prompt will appear on your LCD phone screen:
Press the OK soft key to activate the auto redial on the call you just tried to make. The screen will then change to:
You can then either wait for a period of time or press the Ok soft key to redial the phone number.
The phone will retry the call as many times as you have set in the configuration until the called party is idle.
