Ending calls on a Yealink T19P

Ending a call depends on the option you are using for the call (handset, speakerphone or headset) and whether the call is on hold or not. 

ENDING THE CURRENT CALL USING THE HANDSET

You can either press the Cancel soft key, or hang up the handset

ENDING THE CURRENT CALL USING SPEAKERPHONE MODE

You can either press the Cancel soft key or the  button

ENDING THE CURRENT CALL USING A HEADSET

You will need to press the Cancel soft key 

ENDING A CALL THAT HAS BEEN PLACED ON HOLD

To end it directly without speaking to the person who is on hold, press the Cancel soft key

To end the call but speak to the person on hold before doing so, press the Resume soft key and then end the call using the current call options above
