Rejecting calls on a Yealink T19P

You are able to ignore incoming calls on the Yealink T19P by either:

• Pressing the Reject soft key

or

• Pressing the Silence soft key

You can activate Do Not Disturb mode (DND) which will enable you to ignore all incoming calls without the phone ringing.  

Please note that the phone will not ring again until you deactivate the DND mode.

You can also forward all incoming calls to someone else by pressing the FWD soft key.
