Answering a call on a Yealink T19P whilst on another call

If you have an active call and another call comes in that on the phone, you need to do one of the following to answer the call:

• Press the Answer soft key.  The incoming call will then be answered and the original call that you were on will be placed on hold

• Press  to access the new call. Then press the  or the Answer soft key. The incoming call will then be answered and the original call that you were on will be placed on hold

Please note that the phone will not receive another incoming call when there are already two calls on the phone at any one time.
