We can set up time of day routing on your phone system so that you can automatically redirect calls based on your office hours.
Calls could then go through to your office during your office hours and then outside of these hours they could automatically go to another number or straight to your out of hours voicemail, please see the table below for an example:

If you would like to set up time of day routing, please email our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request this with details of the times and routing options you would like. Please ensure that we are given at least 24 working hours notice to set this up.
Also, if you already have time of day routing set up with us and you would like to amend the routing options (either permanently or temporarily) please ensure we are given 24 hours notice to do to this.
