You can request an upgrade or downgrade of your plan at any time, however please note that downgrades can not be done retrospectively.
For example, as you are billed on the 1st of each month, you can not contact us on the 11th August to ask to be downgraded from the 1st August. Instead the downgrade would need to be processed with effect from the 1st September.
For upgrades, we can do this retrospectively, however only for the current month.
For example, if you contact us on the 11th August to ask for the upgrade to be processed with effect from the 1st August we can do this and would include the difference in plan fees on your next invoice.
However, if you contact us on the 11th August to ask for the upgrade to be processed with effect from the 1st July we can not do this and it would need to be done from either the 1st August or 1st September.
