Setting up/changing your office hours on your SIM

You can choose to set up office hours for your phones so that outside of your office hours your phone will go straight to voicemail or ring a different UK number without ringing the SIM. 

For example:

9am - 5pm - Monday to Friday - ring SIM

5pm - 7pm - Monday to Friday - ring personal mobile number

At all times outside of the above the line could then be set to go straight to voicemail. 

To set this up or make changes to your existing set up, you just need to email our support team (support@desk-phone.com) and include the following information:

- Confirmation of your office hours and what you would like to happen during the times (see example above).    

- If you have multiple users we would also need to know which of these users this is to be applied to. 

Our support team will then arrange for this to be applied to your account and will confirm once this has been done, please note that if the timings are not clear or times have been missed out this may delay the set up of your office hours as our support team would need to check this with you before they can ask for this to be set up.

It can take up to 48 working hours to be applied from the time where we receive all of the information needed to set up the office hours.
