You can choose to set up office hours for your phones so that outside of your office hours your phone will go straight to voicemail without ringing.
To set this up you just need to email our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) and include the following information:
- Confirmation of your office hours. For example Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm
- If you have multiple users we would also need to know which of these users this is to be applied to.
Our support team will then arrange for this to be applied to your account and will confirm once this has been done. Please note that this can take up to 24 hours to be applied.
