International Roaming is turned off by default on all of our SIMs.
If you would like to have International Roaming enabled on your SIM, we will need to do a credit check and you will need to sign a roaming charges schedule.
We will need a minimum of 24 hours notice to enable International Roaming and you can let us know that you want to enable this by emailing our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) and including the following information:
- Your Deskphone Account name/account number
- Extension number/Direct dials of the SIM(s) you would like this enabled on
- Country/Countries you are going to be in
We will then proceed with the credit checks and send you the appropriate roaming charges schedule for you to complete and return. Once the checks have been successfully completed and we have received the completed roaming charges schedule we can proceed with enabling roaming for you.
