International Roaming is turned off by default on all of our SIMs.
If you would like to have International Roaming enabled on your SIM, we will need to do a credit check and you will need to sign an International roaming charges request form which can be found at the bottom of this guide. This then needs to be emailed to our support team (email@example.com).
Each time you want to enable roaming we will need a new form to be completed to confirm the dates you need roaming to be active for.
We will need a minimum of 24 hours notice to enable International Roaming for you.
