If you would like to cancel your Deskphone account, please email support@desk-phone.com to request this.
Please note that there is a 30 day cancellation period which starts from the day we receive you cancellation request via email.
For security reasons, the email request must come from the email address we have on file for you and we can not process your cancellation on a request via phone call.
Please note that you may receive further invoices after the end of the cancellation period for any call charges outside of your plan inclusions for the past two months as we bill for the call charges 2 months in arrears. For example, on the 1st August we bill for any additional call charges for the period 1st - 30th June.
If you have rented phones from us, you will need to package these appropriately and arrange for them to be sent back to the address below:
