To update your direct debit details, you can login directly to your direct debit account using the following link:
You then need to click 'Customer' in the top right of the screen, then choose 'settings' from the drop down menu.
Then you will need to click on 'bank accounts' on the left of your screen and then click on 'add new account'.
A window will open where you can add the new bank account details. Please ensure you tick the box at the bottom next to 'make default' to ensure that all future payments are taken from this account.
Once this has been done, please click save changes.
