There are two ways to update your card details.
You can login directly to your Deskphone billing account using the following link:
Next to billing information, click Edit
You can then enter your new billing information and once done click update.
Please note that if there is an amount outstanding on your account due to a failed payment, the system will try to collect this payment when you update your billing details.
The other way to update your credit card details is to email our support team firstname.lastname@example.org to ask them to send you the direct link for you to update your credit card details.
