There are two ways to update your card details.
Go to the dashboard login page - https://customerv2.desk-phone.com/
Once you have logged in, click Account in the menu on the left hand side of the page. Then click billing.
This will take you to the billing page, on the right hand side of the page, next to Billing Info click 'edit'.
You will then need to complete your billing information on the next page.
Please note that if there is an amount outstanding on your account due to a failed payment, the system will try to collect this payment when you update your billing details.
The other way to update your credit card details is to email our support team email@example.com to ask them to send you the direct link for you to update your credit card details.
