There are a few ways you can order your SIM cards.
OPTION 1 - Via the website
You can request them online here Order SIMS and follow these steps:
Simply, choose your plan type by toggling to the plan you would like and then clicking 'Get Started'. Please note that you can still choose a different plan during the activation process if you decide you need more minutes/text/data.
From the drop down, please select the area code you would like for your new number. Please note that if you would like to port in a number, this can be done after activation so you will still need to choose a temporary number for the SIM at the order stage.
This will then bring up a list of numbers available in that area code. To select your number please click on the number, this will then be highlighted in orange. To proceed please press 'Confirm Number at the bottom of the page'.
If an message appears saying 'NUMBER No number which matches the query is available' please email our support team (email@example.com) and we can check to see if we can get a number in that area code from one of our other number providers for you.
On the next page, you will then be asked to provide the despatch details for the SIM. Once you have completed the form please click 'ORDER YOUR SIM' at the bottom of the page.
You will then receive an email confirming your order.
IMPORTANT: We recommend that you do not publish or print your chosen number on business cards etc until your SIM has been activated and you have tested the number.
We will hold your chosen number (if available at the time of order) for 1 month unless you contact us to ask for this to be held for a longer time. After this date the number will be made available for other customers but if you want to activate after this date we can still activate the SIM with another number.
OPTION 2 - Via the support team
The other way to order SIMs is to email our support team firstname.lastname@example.org
In the email, please include the following:
- Your name/Company name (if applicable) -
- Full address (including post code) -
- Email address -
- Contact number -
- Number of SIMS required -
- Choice of number (if known) -
