If you would like to change either your contact email address or your billing email address you can do so by emailing our support team support@desk-phone.com.
For security reasons, please ensure the email is sent from the email address we currently hold for you, if this is not possible, we may need to request more information from you to verify your identity before we can implement this change for you.
Once your email address has been updated, you will receive an email from our support team to confirm this has been done.
