How to change your password

If you would like to change the password that you use to sign into your dashboard account to something more memorable, please follow these steps.

STEP 1 

Login to your account using your current password - https://customerv2.desk-phone.com/ 

This will take you to your dashboard home screen. 

STEP 2

At the top right of your screen you will see your account number with a drop down arrow.  Click on the arrow and then select My profile.

STEP 3

You then need to click the password change tab

STEP 4

You then need to complete the following fields:

- Your current password

- New Password

- Repeat Password (ensuring this is typed in exactly the same way as you entered in new password)

Once you have done this click Submit

Your password will have now changed and you will be taken back to your profile overview.
