When you first set up your account with us, you can select which area code you would like. Once your account has been set up, we will confirm your new number(s) via email.
If you have forgotten your number and need to find out what it is you can do so via the dashboard by following the steps below:
Login to your account - https://customerv2.desk-phone.com/
This will then take you to your dashboard home screen which will show you an overview of your services including the DDI number for each of your users as shown below.
