If you have forgotten the password that you use to sign into your dashboard account with us, you can reset it easily at any time.
Go to the dashboard login page - https://customerv2.desk-phone.com/
Click on 'forgot your password'
Enter your username (this is your account number) and your the email address you used to sign up with and click on Reset Password.
If you have also forgotten your username, please email our support team - firstname.lastname@example.org to ask them to confirm your username and reset your password.
For security reasons, please ensure the email is sent from the email address you used to set up your account and please include your full name and company name (if applicable). Please note that we may ask further security questions before providing you with your username.
You will then receive an email from us to ask you to confirm that you have requested a password reset.
Please click on the link next to 'Confirm' in the email.
You will then receive another email with a new temporary password along with a link to the login screen.
