Sign into your account using your username and password
If you have forgotten your password, please click forgotten password.
If you have forgotten your username, please email email@example.com.
For security reasons, please ensure the email is sent from the email address you used to set up your account and please include your full name and company name (if applicable). Please note that we may ask further security questions before providing you with your username.
This will then take you to the dashboard home screen.
The process will vary slightly depending on whether or not you have already added your payment details as shown below.
If you have not added your payment details yet you need to click on Activate Account and then proceed to STEP 4.
If you have already added your payment details but still need to activate your SIM, you need to click Add Services and then Activate SIM. You can then skip ahead to STEP 6.
You then need to complete your details and enter your card details and once done, please click the complete activation button at the bottom of the screen.
Please note that if your card does not pass the validation checking process, the system will not allow you to proceed to STEP 6, so it is important to enter valid card details at this point.
You then need to click on Activate a SIM
This will then take you to the SIM activation portal.
SIM ID Number: this is the long 20 digit number on the back of your SIM card. Please enter this carefully as entering an invalid SIM ID will cause delays in the activation of your SIM.
CHOOSE YOUR PLAN: At this point you can also select which of our plans you would like to be on. Details of the inclusions of each of the plans and the monthly costs will be shown on the page.
To choose a plan you just need to Select a Plan from the drop-down list.
CHOOSE DIAL CODE: Please select the area code you would like for your new number. If you have reserved a number when you ordered the SIM, please choose 'Use reserved Number' and we will assign the reserved number to your SIM.
Once you have done this and agreed to the terms and conditions, please click the Request Activation button.
PLEASE NOTE: The Request Activation button will only work once you have completed all the necessary details on this page. Once you complete the form and click the Request Activation button, this will then send the request to our team for processing. Please note that it can take up to 48 working hours to activate the SIM.
You will then be brought back to the dashboard home screen and you should see the SIM you are activating.
Once we have this activation request, our admin team will begin to process your activation, and you will receive an email from them as soon as your SIM is active and ready to use. They will in this email also confirm the number that the SIM has been activated with.
If you have another SIM to activate at this point, please click on the Add Services button and then click on Activate SIM. This will then take you back to the SIM portal where you can complete STEP 6 for next SIM.

When you activate your account or add a new user/SIM, you will be charged a pro-rata payment on that day for the remainder of the month you are in.
For example, if you activated your account on the 17th May, you would be billed on the 17th May for the period from 17th May - 31st May (15 days).
The formula we use for this pro-rata payment is:
monthly plan fee / 30.5 x Number of days left in the month
You will then be billed on the 1st day of every month from then on. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the monthly payment on this date as failed payments may incur additional charges.
