Configure X-Lite

Please use the guide below in order to configure Deskphone on X-Lite.

Firstly open the X-Lite Preferences panel and click 'Accounts' to bring up the following box.

Click + to create a new SIP account (note on X-lite you can only add one account - upgrade to Bria to add more than one).

Enter your credentials provided by your Account Manager and Click OK

If entered correctly your account will register shown by a green circle (see below).

If the circle is red (registration failed) double check your credentials and if unable to resolve contact support.

As long as it has registered correctly you can now make and receive your VOIP calls on your X-Lite soft-phone account on your MAC or PC.
